Refund policy

At ARA LUXE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our soap bar products and in consideration of safety and contamination concerns, we have implemented the following refund and return policy:

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Personal Care Goods: Refunds or exchanges are available only if your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for soap bar products for hygiene and safety reasons. 
  • Non-Personal Care Goods: Returns for non-personal care goods are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, please note the following conditions:
    • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
    • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned non-personal care goods.
    • Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-personal care goods.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your soap bar products arrive damaged or defective, be sure to contact us immediately at [contact email] with a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at thearaluxe@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, be sure to contact us as soon as possible at thearaluxe@gmail.com with your order details. We will try to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 Days.
